I would not recommend westpac! The gympie branch was horrible to deal with. We took our autistic son to create an account with them. The cashier behind the counter was rather rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. The manager said the she would put the complaint on file but would not provide any details of the process and said there would be no follow up with me. The experience has left me disappointed and frustrated.
