Went in to open a new business account waited in line for 15 min staff busy talking amongst themselves ignoring customers. Then I was told that I needed an appointment to open a new account as staff are busy.( busy talking to each other) Went to comm bank and they were happy to help me open an account. Disappointing customer service. Will move all accounts to comm back. Shame on you Westpac
Wait is too long and pathetic unfriendly staff
Do not go here. Tried to go use cou deposit machine. At 1130 am get told should be serviced by the end of the day go drive 30 mi utes away to the next one. I literally have to use a quarter of the money in fuel to just deposit the money. Im not big business or have thousands in coins. It was to go with my notes. But as they do t do it over the counter your just screwed. I would avoid unless you really have to go here.
Don't go in often, but have had 2 great interactions with Zamira. Helpful and goes above and beyond.
