Short wait, helpful staff
Having a difficult time with st George/Westpac at present. Asked for a new st George visa card three weeks ago. Still hadn't arrived go into the branch and it's apparently disappeared. Had to reorder again, so waiting once again to get a new card. Told they had set up telephone banking, get home it's not working. Left three msgs on their phone, no calls back. Had to go into the bank again today and now finally have phone banking.
