The staff are so friendly and accomodating. I had a bank cheque that needed to be reduced with remainder being EFT to a third party. Nothing was a problem and the can do, will do we did attitude is something that is rarely experienced. Gota love good old regional/country service. What a great team….
Louise from Westpac Gouldburn is the most helpful person I have had ever dealt with. I just transferred from another major bank and have never had the service like this before. Her customer service is outstanding and she went above and beyond and I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me. Need to do money stuff. Called ahead to make sure I could do the money stuff. Was told to come in to do money stuff. Drove in to do money stuff, and was told that I couldn't do said money stuff. -5 stars for communication. + 3 stars for air con on a 40 degree day. +1 star for giving me some paper that I didn't need to print myself. +1 for snarky teller who was deliberately slow to annoy me. I probably deserved it 😊
