I was disappointed with the teller that served me today. Just because I am not a customer of westpac, I was treated RUDELY by her & her colleague who kept on interrupting my enquiries regarding their bank cheques that was written to my late husband. It's stressful enough loosing a husband but to be treated disrespectfully without any help received was enough to drive people to NOT ever be westpac customers.
