Disappointed to receive abrupt and aggressive customer service. Manager and staff creating an atmosphere that was dismissive, unprofessional and unhelpful.
Could not be happier with Raghav. He helped me with my loan and sorted it out quickly and on short notice. Explained everything well and kept me updated. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
I cannot praise the staff at Westpac Glenorchy high enough! Special shout out to Caitlin and Carol who went above and beyond to support a complex issue that I had with St George. Despite not being the cause of the issue the team worked together and made several attempts over a number of hours to have what was an incredibly stressful situation resolved for me. Kind, considerate and helpful customer service. Thank you!
