Could not be happier with Raghav. He helped me with my loan and sorted it out quickly and on short notice. Explained everything well and kept me updated. I would recommend this bank to anyone.
I cannot praise the staff at Westpac Glenorchy high enough! Special shout out to Caitlin and Carol who went above and beyond to support a complex issue that I had with St George. Despite not being the cause of the issue the team worked together and made several attempts over a number of hours to have what was an incredibly stressful situation resolved for me. Kind, considerate and helpful customer service. Thank you!

Staff were wonderful, helped me out in a pinch on closing and I don’t even bank with them!
Staff are extremely arrogant and rude. Do not recommend. Westpac in general has a really dodgy feeling about it
