It's probably the best bank I've walked into, the service and professionalism from the staff made everything so easy and quick. Highly recommend this Branch.
Asked for change when closing an account comes back with wrong denominations basically says too bad I didn’t get 20c only 50c there you go, next. Umm I think the manager needs to remind staff they’re in customer service. Of course no name given on receipt but young tall guy do better.
Westpac Gladstone refused to give me cash upon request and would not release my funds. Rude customer service and very disappointing. DO NOT USE THIS BANK
