Terrible customer service by disgruntled Branch Manager. Delightedly told me Account Frozen after 28 years due to no photo ID. No Disability Support Pension access for 3 long weeks. The Manager said the Federal Government made this happen to me. The Security Officer is slovenly and lounges around on his phone. Bad Service and Poor Performance.
Attended the Westpac Geelong branch today to withdraw cash. Their staff interrogated me in front of a line of customers and refused to allow me my own cash unless I provided them evidence of invoices. Surely this is not lawful. Complaints have been lodged.
Very quiet, friendly service
We had been to Westpac Waurn ponds and had an awful experience. Went to GEELONG Westpac and they were fabulous and couldn’t help enough and Dejan was absolutely amazing
