Went in today for the first time. I found the staff polite and friendly especially the lady who served me. Would recommend this branch.
This morning 9.30am I went to the bank ,I wanted to transfer money from a bank sa account into a West Pac account I waited 20min no service from anyone..I then went away did a few jobs came back at 11.00am ,again waited 15 min no service .So went away had lunch at 2.15pm came back into the bank 15min wait no service.Effectively I am being denied access to my cash I don't have time to waste.The amalgamation with Bank Sa is a disaster.Take my advice put your money in a tin at least you have access to it.when is a service so cr... read more
