Slowest bank ive ever had to deal with.. 45min wait time..
Why does this bank close at 4 pm, I drove from ESK to get money for an important purchase. I was discusseded that I found the bank closes @4, this is ridiculous what happened to 5 closing on Friday your service to the community is pathetic. Customers mean nothing to you. It has more to do with Westpac cutting back on staff forgetting customers to make more money for shareholders. I will be going to another bank that puts customers first before profit.
