Ridiculous can't even access my bank account with a stack deck after my wallet was stolen. Then proceeded to be blunt and try fire up an argument as I said I don't want to continue this conversation. There words dont speak to me that way? Ahhhhhhh what? And asking very personal questions rather than security question. Cya Westpac.

I must say you could not meet two more polite, Westpac staff members if you tried. I’m not happy with Westpac how they only have one person serving. It puts a lot of stress and strain on the employees after all they’re on the front line and they should be supported with all the profit that Westpac make why don’t you pull your finger out and look after your staff. Makes money off my money ,and then can do further lines on that money yet again. But they close at 4 before work ends and only have staff to sell you stuff if you need a teller it's a 45 minute wait EDIT: they tried to tell me it's all government policies but the government has no policy about asking me what my withdrawal is for .
