Recently attended this bank and received excellent customer service from Cassi Anderson ( personal banker). She was very patient and helpful with a “ can do” attitude. Unfortunately her great service wasn’t supported by other departments in Westpac but that shouldn’t detract from all she did!
Rang up today with a question. Very polite and able to answer straight away. Great customer service.
Not the best, has lost their way in recent years, Do not answer phone calls, Attitude of upper management could use an adjustment. Teller staff split between St George Bank
