Haven’t been to the branch for ages but today we need to open some accounts for 2 businesses . Ian was very helpful, fast and effective. Highly recommend Ian to anyone needs help from this branch !!!!
I am very unhappy with the staff and service at Westpac in Footscray. With other banks, I can withdraw money easily, but here I had to order three days in advance and bring my driver's license and passport. Juliena – I told her her attitude was terrible – challenged me to report it here and give it one star. I will never return to Westpac in Footscray.
