Made appointment to open an account for my son, supplied passport and Medicare numbers, o that’s not enough id for a 11 year old , then they wanted paperwork from his principal at school???? I home school him and have that paperwork, I’ve rang 3 times and emailed twice, no reply, great customer service!!!! Not, I will be closing my accounts there and going elsewhere, customers mean nothing these days, westpac can stick it
Submitted an application for opening a bump savings account for my kid, 20 days after the application, nothing happened. Called Westpac customer services, I was on phone for more than 1 hour, talked to 3 different people, no one could tell me what the application status was, they just kept transferring the line to different departments. Grumpy customer service
I can't believe we still have dinosaurs, behind the teller, that have their blinkers on and no logic between their ears. The teller knows who she is, she needs to contact payroll and advise them she has already retired and forgot to tell them. What happen to the "S" in customer service as you took out the S in Service !!!
Horrible customer service received today. Had the lady behind the counter literally yell because of a simple mistake made by the customer. Totally uncalled for and not the appropriate response. She should honestly be reprimanded for her disgusting behaviour towards a customer.
