There is always a massive line at the tellers and some staff can be quite rude! ever since they closed Erina St George and combined it with westpac erina there a major lines and waiting time There was obviously enough demand for the 2 banks to be separate
Not served after 20mins in queue.
Just witnessed absolutely terrible customer service from staff member ‘Kaz’. Speaking to customers in a patronising manner and then rolling her eyes at them and shaking her head. They hadn’t done anything except join a queue to speak to someone. Kaz - you clearly hate your job. It was so disappointing to see you represent Westpac in this way.
Not impressed with their phone customer service. Or should I say, lack of?
Don't deal with Deb. I'm not sure what her role is, but she needs to be fired. We dealt with her when sorting out the paperwork for our home loan. And I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with her on the phone yesterday. She was trying to make us aware of discounts with our home and car insurance. Which is essentially good. But I had bigger problems, which was lack of communication from Westpac, about the process of our new fixed rate & term.
