Great staff
just attended Westpac Emerald and they are closed, supposed to be open 10 - 2 but are closed due to a staff member apparently having a sick child, whilst we were there apparently there was only 1 staff member in branch - told to us by a Westpac staff member but whilst using the ATM outside the bank I witnessed another Westpac staffer carrying 3 coffee's into the branch then another staff member carrying a baby assisting a couple of people at the ATM. 3 staff in total so not too sure how many it takes to run a small Westpac b... read more
