poor customer service, the lady at the front desk says no balance transfers from other banks but can only be done within westpac. when i asked, could you please check with some one else, she started to say, that is rude behaviour, went out of store and came back in 3 mins when a different staff appeared there and when checked about balance transfer, said that need to apply card first and then balance transfer can be done. the lady with no knowledge keeps watching with no regrets...just laugh in myself how different types of ... read more
