The rudest “customer service” I have ever received if you could even call it that. The young lady was utterly useless and did not want to help me or even smile. Would certainly re think who is on your front desks.
Both ATM's were down today, and only one teller working. There were 6 people lined up waiting. I could hear women laughing out the back, so there was obviously other staff there. Never enough tellers available. Lift your game westpac. Absolutely pathetic.
Closes at 2pm. Don't trust Google
