shocking staff
The staff were not very helpful during my visit, which was disappointing. I strongly suggest installing a currency exchange machine for customers’ convenience. Until this issue is addressed, I do not plan to return. I believe other customers may feel the same way.
Horrendous, 2 of the attendants where doing their own thing while a line formed, I then had huge trouble withdrawing money, due to being profiled, despite having numerous forms of identification, I will never come back, appalling service
This was by far the worst banking experience I've ever had. The staff at Westpac were extremely cold and unhelpful — not only did they refuse to take any responsibility, but they kept pushing me around like a problem to be avoided. What’s worse, one of the staff even rolled their eyes at me right in front of my face — a complete lack of professionalism and basic respect.
