Excellent service! My father is nearly 70 years old and does not speak English, but Irene Chen was incredibly patient, caring, and professional throughout the process. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made my father feel comfortable and supported. We truly appreciate the outstanding service and would highly recommend her.

shocking staff
The staff were not very helpful during my visit, which was disappointing. I strongly suggest installing a currency exchange machine for customers’ convenience. Until this issue is addressed, I do not plan to return. I believe other customers may feel the same way.
Horrendous, 2 of the attendants where doing their own thing while a line formed, I then had huge trouble withdrawing money, due to being profiled, despite having numerous forms of identification, I will never come back, appalling service
