I had a poor experience with Westpac Bondi Junction over two consecutive days, 12 and 13 January 2026. It was a simple matter, I walked out with no resolution today I walked in to this Double Bay Westpac branch without an appointment. I was assisted by the friendly Carla and the kind, understanding Margaret Wave. In 2026, this level of old-fashioned, genuinely good customer service is a rare find. Don’t bother leaving a voice mail on the branch number - I left 9 messages and still no return call. Worst customer service
We had an urgent matter to manage and could not get into the branch. 4 messages were left (as no one answers the phone) and despite the urgent requests nobody returned the call. We were significantly disrupted as a result of the banks inefficiency.
J'ai patienté une heure au guichet car ils n'arrivaient pas à régler mon problème. Tout ça pour qu'un type des bureaux me règle le problème en 2min. Merci à lui par ailleurs.
