The worst branch I would say, ask for deposit, had been told to go to atm to deposit it . That’s why all branch should be close down. Withdraw $5000 last time also said need to make appointment for it . Hopeless 27/5/2026 3pm whoever on duty should be checked .

Went into Westpac Devonport as lost my card on Friday 16th Dec. Blonde lady served me from counter. Set up wallet said I could use this, so went to get groceries in Coles in ulverstone and didn't work. So go back today to get help with it. Gentleman by the name of Darcy served me and couldn't resolve matter but was polite the same woman that served me on Friday was there I said to her what had happened she said Darcy would help me, I said he doesn't know what is wrong with it to which she just completely ignored me and wasn'... read more
