In overall we all know that something is wrong with the banks. It feels they are empty of staff. Staff don’t know what they are doing. It is very frustrating. I believe bank staff members do not understand that the way they upset the customers, the customers will go online to fix their problems. I’m extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I’ve received while trying to pay off my home loan. We are simply trying to repay the loan in full so that we don’t continue paying unnecessary interest, yet the process has been made unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. It should not be this difficult to make a payment and close out a home loan.
