Had to visit the Cowra Branch today to verify an email my wife had received, what an unhappy place this is, the ATM was not working and after waiting in a queue for over 15 minutes was finally served, but not before a young man had lost the plot and thrown abuse at the one teller who was working. It was a fair statement by the young man as this branch closes for Lunch every day but on a Monday morning has only one teller on the job and a queue halfway to the door.
