Went to Sydney Rd Coburg branch..sign said 930 later person from branch updated to 10am-2pm today.. Arrived 915 waited until it open.As i still appreciate face to face customer Service. ID clarification updates needed.Lovely young lady Leithia served.Calm,patient accomdating to my needs very helpful n polite with a Smile.i would give ypu 4.5 as dnt give 5stars..sorry. i follow reviews n find them helpful.Only thing i suggest if hours change update website.Be helpful.Happy Easter to You all
Horrible customer service. Rude and not helpful. They dont answer there phones or call you back after you leave multi messages. Avoid this branch at all possible costs.
Closed 20mins early when I rushed there.. just so by 4pm they can finish up. So inconvenient for customers esp when i rushed over.
The worst branch i ever been in very unprofessional staff the branch was closed from 24/12/2025 until 5/1/2026 i went on Tuesday the 6/1/2026 at 3.00 pm and i see a sign on the door it said we are closing at 2.30 pm
