Very disappointing experience. We waited almost 50 minutes to be served, and the staff member named Claire was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful throughout the interaction. Customer service was unacceptable, and we felt unwelcome and ignored. This was one of the worst experiences I have had at a bank. I will not be returning and would not recommend this branch to others.

Manager very rude and treats you as if you are a idiot. Not the first and only time!! Rest of staff pretty good
Worst rude blonde female teller, dismissive of my request for a paper passbook which I later obtained without problem or hassle from the Ruthven Street Westpac. Expected my 90 year old mum to get on the internet for her statements.
The fact it is only open till 4pm and no longer open Saturday morning makes it extremely difficult to get into the branch to sort out issues like the app not allowing me to report a credit card lost or stolen or to order a new card and having to go into the branch.
