There’s literally only one person working in the bank and the queue is terribly long…. If you’re in a hurry, avoid coming here

Customer service was very poor would give 0 stars if i could.
The customer service in Westpac and interest rates are poor I was locked out of my account for making an overseas purchase and was made to feel I had done something wrong and illegal when I rang to reopen my own account with the money I earned Also the bank locked my account while I was overseas when I entered my password incorrectly which caused a lot of unnecessary stress I would not recommend this bank to anyone Even closing my account was made difficult as I just got a denial notice with no explanation whatsoever
