Limited service staff. Very kind and patiant service staff. Waited an hour for a 5min job.
They never answer the phone. It is set to go to answer machine after 40 seconds.
Trying to sort out an issue as a State appointed administrator for a person with a mental disability. We were continually told to get him to sign a Power of Attorney. Despite explaining that the State appoints administrators for people with mental disability who can't sign for themselves. Sadly, it was like speaking to a stuck record.
