They never answer the phone. It is set to go to answer machine after 40 seconds.
Trying to sort out an issue as a State appointed administrator for a person with a mental disability. We were continually told to get him to sign a Power of Attorney. Despite explaining that the State appoints administrators for people with mental disability who can't sign for themselves. Sadly, it was like speaking to a stuck record. Quick service, super easy to open an account takes like 20 minutes at most, they’re quite efficient with it. Whoever the girl is with blonde hair and glasses is super friendly and sweet!
I have been with them since i landed here, and so far besides some minor problems, the experience has been more than good! Still sometimes i think they are a bit on the slower pace even if its busy…but im not there as much so for me its ok.
