Been trying to call them for over 3 weeks, answering machine says ‘we’ll get back to you today’… Bank somewhere else, Westpac has wasted so much of my time and I’m not even a customer yet. Chirnside Park branch is an actual joke. Oh, and what sort of opening hours is this for people who work full time. Ridiculous!
Clean, generous and convenient
Went there today to open a joint account for me and my wife as well as my younger daughter. All the staff were accomodating and Melissa the one who process our application was so friendly, professional and very knowledgable. Best customer service ever…
No customer service and the lady serving me was very rudet to me when l wanted to withdraw cash She asked me what it was for l think she. Needs to lose the attitude and try and be a bit more pleasant Not happy.
