Opens 9.35 am and they are rude when you point out that people are waiting out front and they are late opening. Happens frequently, according to waiting customers

What I remember from my first and last visit: - staff doesn't want to be there and they clearly show that - systems don't work - staff is not able to listen to whatever you say, they're not trying to help - had an appointment on certain time I hd to book in advance but that apparently doesn't mean anything to them, so they wasted two hours of my life in westfield hell hole and opened an account with wrong name . Jamais vu pire service et westpac en Australie. J'ai commande une nouvelle carte le 1er jour de mon retour en Australie. 2 semaines apres toujours rien. En les appelant, j ai compris que le conseiller qui m'avait dit de mettre l'adresse de la banque en adresse perso avait fait une connerie. La carte n'avait jamais été envoyée a cause de l'adresse. Je retourne sur place en leur priant de trouver une solution rapide car je devais partir de Brisbane. Le même conseiller aidé cette fois de sa patronne réclame la carte avec envoi ... read more
