Open another teller instead of telling everyone to go to the ATMs. We are not idiots. Appalling, patronising and rude service from the manager.
I had bad experience this morning with a famale staff who was sitting in the front counter and she showed me her attitude that she does not care about client at all, the way she was talking was not professional and made me very uncomfortable, she did not want to help client even though she was not busy at all. But thanks Cici Yang, she is very kind and professional, I was amazed from her profession!!!
I had issues with my online account, which is why I went to a branch in person. Once I was there, I was told that my account had been blocked, but no one could explain why. There was also no information about this in the app. This meant I initially had no idea what the problem was and had to come into the branch just to deal with an issue, even though I hadn’t used the account yet. wanted to leave a review because of how uncomfortable i was made to feel at westpac chermside. a while ago i came in to verify my id and right after that my card stopped physically fitting into the reader. it felt very intentional and nobody offered to help or explain what was happening. as someone who values my independence it was insulting to be treated like i wasn't welcome to handle my own banking. haven't had a good vibe from this location since
I've been referred to here in order to open account. So I had appointment, came here. 'How can I help?' 'I'd like to open business account' -'have you got appointment?' - yes - ' well you have to wait because our specialist has someone there right now' ... so what was the appointment for if they ignored it? The specialist was unpleasant, treating me like annoying kid, system wasn't working either. The attitude is 'you want something from us, we ain't need your money'. No problem, I'll KEEP CASH AND PAY WITH CASH.
