Came into Chadstone branch to make a business banking enquiry on behalf of my company. Served by a lady named Nazman. It was the most unpleasant customer experience. I was dealt with suspiciously, rudely and rushed. In my years dealing with business bankers, I have never encountered such judgemental and racist treatment as I did with Westpac.
Worst customer service!!!!!!!!! Teller could not help with overseas money transfer and kept me waiting for over 30mins and no one offered to help. I asked the teller and he looked confused. Seriously!
Qi Qi is super helpful to explain and resolve my banking issues. I sought help from another branch but they cannot help me. I am so glad that Qi Qi sorted it all out.
I am giving this rating for an outstanding customer service for the Banker John. What a breeze! Though I was unhappy I couldn’t get my basic customer ID from the app itself or customer care centre, but John was stellar ! That’s how customer service should be! I left with a smile! 5 stars to John
