I am giving this rating for an outstanding customer service for the Banker John. What a breeze! Though I was unhappy I couldn’t get my basic customer ID from the app itself or customer care centre, but John was stellar ! That’s how customer service should be! I left with a smile! 5 stars to John
Their customer care has no clue how to handle fraudulent transactions. And I have been bounced between different teams from bank to contact center, and within contact center scam team to fraud team and then to digital card team with absolute no help and zero courtesy from everyone except giving the same cliches everytime, and contact center redirecting us back to branch. I went on Saturday with my partner we wanted to check some information that we’re not clear online re business cc. The lady at reception was very nice on the contrary the one that was supposed to take our appointment came and told us to look online she had no time and took the guys behind us in the queue even if the had no appoiment.
Came in here to try and open an account. Was told their business banker was not around and to leave my name and number and they will call me back. No one ever called me back.
ATM for cheques, won’t a dept cheques. Website said bank open. Bank closed. So handy.
