Extremely disappointing experience at Westpac. I waited for over 20 minutes just to get assistance, while staff appeared to ignore customers who were waiting. There was little to no communication about the delay, and no effort made to acknowledge people sitting there needing help. Customer service felt completely lacking, and the whole experience was frustrating and disrespectful of customers’ time. Very bad service always busy to talk and to much waiting
Most shocking service. Tellers were rude and did not help. Had to come back to the branch 4 times and called online help service 6 times, no answer and wouldn’t be helped. Wait time at the bank was always an hour. The staff are so slow and lazy and take forever to get anything done.
