The branch manager here wasn't at all helpful, and his attitude was dismissive and bordering on rude. My elderly mother was appalled. Westpac needs to instil better training in their management.
4-5 days to transfer $ to Europe. What a joke. I can buy a plane ticket and hand the $ quicker then you
came to pick up my card and have it activated to find out later after leaving the branch that they hadn't conducted the correct checks on their system and my card was not activated leaving me without finances over the weekend. Inexperienced branch members.
