They have too many staff not doing anything. I only have to come here to deposit cash or get change. 85% of the time the change machine is either out of order or doesn’t have enough change and then the other 15% of the time I wait for 15 minutes for a teller, for them to prompt me to use the change machine when I ask them for change.
Omg. I queried my account and was locked out due to not knowing keyword i cant ever remember having. I travelled to the branch as there was no way to retrieve my account by phone. I asked the branch to remove the key word which apparently they did not do as i am again locked out Another 4 hr round trip to unlock the account. Today morning we went Westpac branch carindale, I have shown the poker face by nik, who stands behind the service desk and who supposed to be nice to customer. In compare with the lady standing next to him, I really want to talk with the lady only, but unfortunately I got the bad luck turn. What a stupid system take cash from ATM then visit teller to exchange cash to a different denomination 🤦
Westpac needs to spend more money on customers service and less on ads. Can’t even deposit money here via the atm or at the front desk. How do you call this a bank.
