What a stupid system take cash from ATM then visit teller to exchange cash to a different denomination 🤦
Westpac needs to spend more money on customers service and less on ads. Can’t even deposit money here via the atm or at the front desk. How do you call this a bank.
What is the point of making an appointment— to wait almost an hour just to be told they cannot do what I booked the appointment for.. disappointing
Adam the manager was an amazing help handling a fraud case. Unfortunately the online team and processes he referred me to failed but once I contacted him again and stressed the issue he made time available to handle my case. Much appreciated.
