For getting equity of home loan they willl take forever. Worst service
When you need to deposit cash from your business days takings and get cash for the till , its easier to go to Cleveland as this place is joke . Its never open for your needs
Using the kiosk for our banking is confusing at best. This past Monday, after the bank had closed I had to pay a bill using the automated system. An associate, I believe her name is Colette, came to the rescue and helped me without an issue. Thank you
2.30pm 23rd December 2025. I need to make an urgent cash deposit, bank branch closed!!! I also noticed people frustrated because all ATM’s were done. With all the profits, where is the customer service?? Not good enough @westpac
