Staff are always more than helpful and friendly and very efficient- The issue is it appears to be understaffed- Can wait anywhere from 5 to 15 minutes depending on time- - I understand you can do banking online and through the automatic telling machine, but that’s not the Service I’m require or am looking for.
Staff here have no manners. Except the Caucasian lady who were helpful.
This is my second time here. Today I received a message from the new district bank requesting assistance with setting a password. I waited in the lobby for 15 minutes, and not a single person asked if I needed help. There were three employees on duty, but none of them offered assistance. I'm very disappointed.
