We popped into Westpac to finalise opening an account application and Renae was absolutely wonderful! Amazing customer service and went above and beyond. She didn’t mind thoroughly helping us and answering our questions despite arriving only 20 minutes till close. Highly recommend asking for Renae
People just don’t want to do their job and demands rudely which forces you to go to another branch .
I went into Westpac Caloundra today having lost access to my business accounts. Renae was the best. She worked through multiple issues to sort out the access and was very thorough and patient despite the multiple issues and obstacles she found.
