After hours of talking to online banking, and another branch re closed super investment account, final statement and releasing the balance. I ventured into Westpac Caloundra in a final attempt to get it all sorted and met Connor - who in the space of 30 minutes, sorted all my problems. Excellent service and outcome - thank you Connor.

Long waiting periods and unhelpful staff.
It is extremely frustrating when staff don’t take the time to properly qualify their customers. I visited the Caloundra branch today to arrange debit card access on my daughter’s account. I was told that this can only be done online, even though I explained that I was informed this had to be done in a branch. Staff insisted to go online. Of course I was not able to apply for the debit card online, so I spent 1.5hrs on the phone to Westpac with no luck.
