Always waiting... Only ever one teller working, seems to come and go when they please. For a very busy shopping centre they really don't seem to care about customer service.
Love this branch,Amazing managers I have dealt with are Serena Song and James Hu very professional and polite with all customers that I have witnessed including myself.They are very deserving of a promotion.Outstanding leadership for Westpac and our community of Calamvale and Sunnybank Hills.Their staff are amazing too as Jewell is a joy to anyone who encounters her,it reflects the Management skills of this branch.Professionals at what they do.

I've been a customer of the Westpac Calamvale Branch for many years and have always appreciated the service. Unfortunately, my experience today with the manager, James, was disappointing. He was abrupt, didn't greet me, and made me feel inferior when I asked a question. I hope he can improve his customer service in the future.
