Highly recommend this branch.Managers of this branch,James and Serena are super friendly, professional and do a very great job at assisting all whom come to this branch as I have had a lot of bad experiences with The Sunnybank Plaza branch,Westpac need to give these two a massive pay raise for Integrity and humility towards their customers,Bank teller Jewel is also a friendly added addition to the team,I SALUTE You’s!!
I am very grateful to the staff for their excellent service .the bank manager, James Hu, and the personal banking specialist Lisa Guo, patiently answered all the questions I encountered. Because my English is not very good, I had to trouble them many times, but they were always very patient and enthusiastic in helping me. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would like to give them the highest rating. I sincerely appreciate Westpac for cultivating such outstanding employees. I truly like Westpac very much. ^^
Cant withdraw through the one and only ATM. What kind of bank is this?
My account was fraudulently charged at Westpac Bank. The staff treated me unfairly and discriminated against me because my English is not good, and the person who behaved this way was of Indian origin. Even after I showed my ID, they told me that only one person had called me. I have been waiting since then. There were only two customers in the branch. I find it incomprehensible that a bank would operate in this manner.
Very unorganised and always under staff. I booked an appointment a week ago for today because they are never be available for walk-ins and found out my appointment wasn't there. Also I over heard someone talking at the counter said they made the appointment at same time and there was a mistake too. Not very reliable branch.
