Visited the Cabramatta branch recently and was disappointed with the service. Staff seemed unenthusiastic and not very helpful with my enquiry.
Anne, the Personal Banking Specialist at this branch, was very helpful and knowledgeable. Anne recommended banking products suited to my mum’s needs and provided genuinely useful advice. Highly recommended.
Waiting nearly 1 hours long and not even that many customers in the bank. Poor services for a big 4 bank.
Worst service to ever deal, far too difficult and transferring over to UBank!
