I called maybe 50 times for the past 2 days but no answers it’s like the bank doesn’t exist. What is going on with westpac bank they need to do better or they will be closed down soon. Alan the manager needs to be audited as his lack of communication and management is negligent. Terrible customer service with no regard whatsoever to customers.

Visited the Cabramatta branch recently and was disappointed with the service. Staff seemed unenthusiastic and not very helpful with my enquiry.
