I walked into the Westpac Busselton Branch expecting nothing different from some of the disappointing customer service experiences we have had previously in Perth. I have tried, unsuccessfully, to find a way to review Capital Finance online. In the absence of that option I feel compelled to review our local WestPac branch in the hope that somebody from that branch reads my review and responds. Four years (roughly) after a Capital Finance loan has been paid out, Capital Finance are still holding an encumberance against a vehicle. Numerous calls & emails to their call centre, requesting that this encumberance be lifted, have been met with apathetic rhetoric...going on for nearly 4 weeks ... read more
