How do you only have two staff on (one a trainee) during prime mid-morning/lunch period banking times on a Wednesday? Getting even the simplest in branch transactions completed in a reasonable time took forever? I was standing in line behind 5 people for 20+ minutes only to have to wait for the other teller (not a trainee) to tend to two other customers. I am a long time customer of this Westpac Branch in Burnie Tasmania. I have always found the staff to be the best that I have ever came across in any bank. I am 71 years old and appreciate good service. 100% happy customer.
The worst customer service I've ever encountered. Please train your staff.
