Would love pass on feedback about a long standing member of staff, Bernadette. I work with customers, and I come to the bank every Monday and Friday. She is ALWAYS, so patience, friendly and welcoming to the customers, and their issues. I thought I was patient in my job, but it’s truly amazing to see the way she handles simple time consuming requests, and elderly customer. A true asset to Westpac. Please make sure this gets back to her.

Absolutely incompetent it’s an unfathomable! Came in to provide a proof of ID in order to complete our application for a joint bank account. The lady couldn’t find me in the system and blame it on My partner who must have made a typo on my name and told me the ONLY solution was to start all over again here in her branch… refused and went straight to Elanora’s branch instead and it took em 1/2 a second to find me and our application in the system, managed to create my profile finalise the bank account application, set up the ... read more
I dont know why they have a phone number on their website as no one answers the phone. Your put on hold then hung up on??
