Really slow service! Be prepared to wait a long time if there is more than one person in the branch.
I recently visited the Westpac Bundall branch and was disappointed with the experience. While I understand that banking protocols are important, the approach taken by staff was unnecessarily condescending, particularly when simply trying to access my own funds. There appeared to be only one teller available during a busy period, which resulted in long wait times.
