How disappointing the bank staff were today. My wife was opening a joint bank account and I arrived a bit late. I walk into the bank and proceeded to find my wife. As I walked the hall a staff member came out of a room and didn't ask who I was, could she help me. No all she could say was have a seat. I asked for my wife, she didn't offer any assistance besides having a power trip and demanding I go have a seat and wait. If you work it s not possible to go to this bank . They re hours are stupids
Need to transfer a house settlement payment, system was not working. Staff couldn't careless and were totally unhelpful. There must be a way to do transactions when the systems go down.
It needs to stay open later than 4:00 so that working class people can actually get there...
