Unhelpful and disrespectful staff, don’t bother going into here, more help is available online. Back here again two weeks later as I have no choice but to present in person. Still incompetent staff present and long wait times with minimal opening hours
How disappointing the bank staff were today. My wife was opening a joint bank account and I arrived a bit late. I walk into the bank and proceeded to find my wife. As I walked the hall a staff member came out of a room and didn't ask who I was, could she help me. No all she could say was have a seat. I asked for my wife, she didn't offer any assistance besides having a power trip and demanding I go have a seat and wait. If you work it s not possible to go to this bank . They re hours are stupids
Need to transfer a house settlement payment, system was not working. Staff couldn't careless and were totally unhelpful. There must be a way to do transactions when the systems go down.
