We went there to close our bank account, we we’re disappointed from the Stirling branch in Perth. We had a fantastic service at Bunbury if knew that branch before we would maybe stayed.
Annmarie your lender consultant is an absolute legend so wonderful to deal with and makes the normal boring bank appointments something to look foward.
They close at lunchtime. Re-open late. Ten people waiting. Security locks us out while we wait!
Unfortunately, we use westpac for work, and im forced to go here on a semi-regular basis. The quick drop ATM is lately often out of order. Meaning a second trip now during business hours to stand in line FOR AGES. Never enough tellers open. Need to have a separate line for people who want to withdraw cash who refuse to use an ATM to help speed up the process for those of us who need other things
