Shocking staff. More interested in eating. Never again
Normally I hate everything about any bank because it always turns into a hassle with their processes, systems and customer service. I hate it so much my heart starts palpitating when I walk in the door because I anticipate a negative experience . But the lady who was serving on the counter with a brown haired bob at around 12:00pm on the 26th of March 2026 was great at this westpac outlet. She was so warm and friendly. Went to the branch to open a Wespac Life account and Angelique was an angel! I’m new to the country and needed a lot of guidance and she walked me through the accounts, how to use the app and even gave me advice on how to maximise the accounts in a way that’s easy to understand.
