Browns Plains QLD westpac bank employs are very nice people. When people come to the bank with anger, and they don't get what they want then blame others. We all humans and we all have our differences. No one is perfect 👌
Stay clear of Westpac bank!! Better off to stash your cash than allow these robots to steal your money just to then cut your access one day due to AI. Wake up people!! I tried to phone to open a new account just to be hung up on 3 times by AI robots?? Didn't even get close to talking to a human & staff within browns plains branch not helpful & very rude...mother about to close account with these robots. If they break one more banking code of conduct, I will be reporting them to banking ombudsman.
Very helpful been with them since 1986 best bank by far and paid off house loan
