9/7/2024 2.55pm One teller friendly and helpful. The other one telling her off in front of me. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable. This supervisor lady needs some training how to act in front of customers and how to treat her colleagues. This is behaviour I don’t want to see anywhere. Especially in a westpac branch
Professional and efficient. That's how I'd describe the lady (whose first name I unfortunately don't have) who solved the problem I'd been having for 2-3 weeks. I was unable to use my bank card and she gave me back access in less than 5 minutes ! Thank you so much, you literally saved my road trip !
