Very communicative and attentive team.
I had an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with the Home Finance Manager at this branch. Do not bother calling, phones are not answered, calls are screened, and voicemails are ignored. It takes 24–48 hours just to receive a basic acknowledgement by email, if you’re lucky. When emails do come through, they are sent in rapid succession without any email history included, making it confusing and inefficient.
