I don't understand why the coin deposit ATM does not have instructions on the screen like other banks and why even those I have a Westpac debit card, Westpac ATM considered it as a credit card even those I tried pressing Savings account, which means like other banks Westpac ATM should have a option for Debit Card?

I had an incredibly frustrating experience dealing with the Home Finance Manager at this branch. Do not bother calling, phones are not answered, calls are screened, and voicemails are ignored. It takes 24–48 hours just to receive a basic acknowledgement by email, if you’re lucky.
