5/5 star experience! Come on now guys, the staff was very eager to help & had sat me down immediately to sort out my banking. I was looked after a beautiful lady named KLARA! Well done! She was super understanding, well mannered & on the ball! May her manager give her a pay rise haha!

Horrible customer service by the staff - middle age woman at front desk was arrogant and rude - pathetic. Will be making formal complaint to bank to get her removed immediately. Unacceptable behaviour for a big 4 bank
